What is the cancellation policy?
We require 100$ non-refundable deposit.
When do I need to give my final head count on the number of participants?
You need to specify the final head count during the confirmation call you will receive on the week of your party. We will charge you only for the actual number of participants with a min. of 10 kids.
Will the Fun Zone/Toddler Area still be open to the public or is it just for my party?
Your party can access any attraction when ever they want however the attractions are open to public at all times unless your party has reserved the whole facility.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of participants?
10 participants is the minimum. The maximum can be determined based on the capacity of the party room. If you have an exceptionally large party, there is always the possibility to rent the whole facility.
Can I arrive early to set up the room?
Am I able to decorate the room? / What decorations are allowed
You are welcome to bring temporary decorations, balloons, party hats etc.… Piñatas are not allowed. Sticking anything on the walls or drilling of the walls is not allowed.
Are there any decorations provided?
Funtopia provides cups, plates, napkins and a table cloth.
What age children are considered participants and included in the final bill?
We have two groups of children – First group is jungle gym or toddler area and second group is general area. These two are priced differently. Admission for children under 6 months is free.
Will I have my own private party host/Is there a gratuity fee for that host?
Funtopia assigns one host per party as courtesy. Gratuity for the host is up to your discretion.
Is there a deposit/down payment required at the time of the booking?
A deposit of 100$ is required and non-refundable.
Is the birthday child included in the number of participants?
Yes. The birthday child counts as one participant.
Can I add food/drinks on the date of the party?
You may add food and drinks by contacting us by email or phone 24 hours prior to the party.
Are there any goodie bags included or available for purchase?
Funtopia does not provide goodie bags for purchase.
Do you provide Party Invitations?
Yes. You may download an editable invitation on our website.
Do we eat or play first?
The birthday package gives you access to the Fun Zone for the first hour so that kids can first play and enjoy Funtopia attractions and then one hour in the private party room. During the second hours, food is served.
Are there height or weight restrictions?
Yes. Height/weight restrictions for Funtopia attractions:
Fun Walls: min weight: 35 lbs. max. weight: 350lbs
Ropes Course: min weight: min. height: 48″
Ninja Course: min weight: min. height: 48″
What type of safety instructions are provided?
Funtopia requires all participants to watch a safety instructional video before entering fun zone. If you have any questions, you may ask your party host or any member of the Funtopia staff.
Can a guest in a cast, sling, splint or brace of any kind play?
We do not recommend participating in Funtopia activities if you have any sort of physical injury or are in recovery?
Can I bring goodies or balloons?
Who is responsible for children?
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the children at all times.
What is safe to wear in Funtopia?
Close toe shoes and socks are required. We recommend comfortable clothes (sportswear).
Can our party return to the Fun Zone or the Fun Walls once our party time has elapsed?
One hour of play in the Fun Zone is included in the Birthday Package. Additional time for the attractions may be purchased depending on availability at that time.
Is there a limit on the number of adults that can attend a birthday party?
Yes. The number of adults cannot exceed the number of children.
Can we add more time to our party if we like to stay longer?
You can only add time in the Fun Zone but since party rooms are pre-booked and need to be prepared for the next party – it is not possible to add more time in the party room.
Does Funtopia provide a cake?
Funtopia does not provide birthday cakes.
Are we allowed to bring outside food for a birthday party?
Outside food is not allowed. Extra food and beverages are available in our facility at the front counter. No food or beverages in Fun Zone or Toddler area.
Does everyone in my party have to sign participation waiver?
Yes, it is mandatory for everyone to sign the waiver. In this way, each parent/guardian will be responsible for their own child.
What does a birthday package include?
The birthday package includes 2h. usage of the room or general area. If you request general birthday party area please discount $2 per child. Access to all attractions in the Fun Zone or Toddler Space; Required equipment for the activity of choice;
The following is valid for for Premium, Ultimate and Super Ultimate parties: Slice of pizza with 1 bottle of water 16 oz. per child; Paper plates, napkins, spoons, table cloth; 6”x 4”; Party invitations or electronic invitations; Complementary Jump in Air and Slide for BP guest of honor (only). Not valid for Basic Parties.
